1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Win365 platform and its users. By opening an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all of these terms.

Win365 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Win365 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in your country.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open and use an account on Win365:

• You must be at least 18 years old. We follow a strict age verification process.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Win365 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for account verification.

Win365 reserves the right to verify any account at any time after registration. Withdrawals and other features may be restricted until verification is complete. Registering on Win365 is entirely free of charge.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Multiple payment methods are available for deposits on Win365, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 BDT.
• The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.

Win365 does not charge any fees or commission on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely governed by their own policies.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Win365:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Win365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process in cases of suspicious activity.

Win365 does not charge any additional fees for withdrawals. However, submitting multiple withdrawal requests on the same day may cause processing delays.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Win365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus and are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit.
• Reload Bonus: Available on a weekly or monthly basis for eligible members.
• Free Bet: Usable on specific events or markets; the bonus portion will be excluded from any winnings.
• Cashback: A set percentage returned on net losses over a specified period.

Win365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be subject to investigation. Claiming a bonus on Win365 is entirely optional — you can make a deposit without taking any bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting on Win365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Where the cash-out option is available, bets can be settled before the match ends.
• Win365 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Win365's established policy.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment.
• Single bets, multiple bets, and system bets are each governed by separate rules.

Win365 is committed to ensuring fair odds at all times. If you have any objection regarding odds or a result, you must contact support within 72 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Win365 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Deliberately creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Win365's systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Win365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

You may also contact support at any time to request account closure. It is possible to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Betting Policy

Win365 believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly and with full awareness.

• Betting Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and betting limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to temporarily close your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off: Option to take a break for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about session duration and spending.

10 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute between Win365 and its members will first be addressed through mutual discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Submit a written complaint to the support team.
• Step 2: Win365 will respond within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
• Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be referred to an independent third-party mediator.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of Win365's licensing authority. In the event of any legal dispute, the courts of Win365's registered jurisdiction shall have final authority.
